Quick Facts:

  • ESC-FL Senior Consultants generally work in teams, with one of the consultants taking on the role of Lead Consultant. We do this to help spread the workload, encourage diverse perspectives, and ensure that the project will be completed within specified parameters.
  • There is no obligation to accept consulting assignments- it’s up to you to decide what projects interest you, as well as how much time you want to commit.
  • Projects can last anywhere between one and six months.
  • Projects involve between two and six consultants on a team, depending on the scope of the project.
  • You don’t necessarily have to stick to roles or projects that you may have done before in your career, because we provide opportunities for you to stretch and expand your skills. This gives you a chance to do things you may not have done before but always wanted to.
  • The ESC-FL staff is there to support you and your team, providing administrative and technical support throughout.
