ESC-FL Senior Consultants generally work in teams, with one of the consultants taking on the role of Lead Consultant. We do this to help spread the work load, encourage diverse perspectives, and ensure that the project will be completed within specified parameters. Once you start, there is no obligation to accept consulting assignments- it’s up to you to decide what projects interest you, as well as how much time you want to commit. We only ask that once you commit to a project, barring any unforeseen circumstances, that you follow through on your commitment. Projects can last anywhere between one and six months, and involve between two and six consultants on a team, depending on the scope of the project.  And you don’t necessarily have to stick to roles or projects that you may have done before in your career- we provide opportunities for you to stretch and expand your skills, giving you a chance to do things you may not have done before but always wanted to. And the ESC-FL staff is there to support you and your team, providing administrative and technical support throughout.
